Exercise!!!!!!!
I started exercising recently and I can honestly tell you I feel so much better. I have more patience and my back doesn't hurt. I also have much more energy. I use the Firm® tapes at home and they are wonderful. I also walk 4-6 times a week. It's helped me so much. Start off slow, see your doctor and you'll be amazed on how well you start feeling! Don't diet, increase your metabolism throughout the day and get stronger by exercising!
